Source Exclusive Upgrades & Modifications
The Source for Sports Exclusive version of the CCM A1.5 goalie catcher features one change from the catalog model. The Source Exclusive A1.5 is a Single-Tee pocket with Skate Lace lacing, which is different from the double-tee with standard lacing catalog version. You also get access to custom colors that are exclusive to Source for Sports.

External Material
CCM uses Speed Skin material on the AXIS A1.5, currently one of the lightest skins used in the goalie world. CCM is taking a “don’t fix what isn’t broken” approach when it comes to the skin on their gear.

Break Angle
The first thing you’ll notice about the AXIS A1.5 is not only that it’s more comfortable, but also that it is truly game ready. The break angle is the same as past CCM trappers, but by no means is the glove the same. The low-density finger padding on the backhand provides further flexibility for the young goalie making sure that while fully protected, they will still be able to make glove saves all day long.

Pocket Design
CCM’s AXIS A1.5 Source Exclusive trapper features a Single-Tee pocket design, which is different from the A1.5 catalog version which is a double-tee. You also get Skate Lace lacing in the pocket, which is not in the catalog model.

Strapping
The strapping on the CCM AXIS A1.5 stays familiar with previous CCM trappers. The quick-release webbing strap allows for easy and secure adjustments ensuring the perfect fit.

Cuff Design
The cuff on the AXIS A1.5 allows the goalie their full wrist mobility without any restrictions. A one piece cuff and thumb design lets the goalie present their glove the way they want to hold it while providing maximum coverage.

Colors
CCM’s AXIS A1.5 Source for Sports Catcher comes in some standard catalog colors, as well as some exclusive custom colorways. Colors offered are; All Black, White/White/Black/Black, Chicago Blackhawks, Detroit Red Wings, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Vegas Golden Knights.
